Q2. How long is the production lead time?
Samples are usually ready within 2-3 working days. For bulk orders, the lead time is approximately 3-7 working days, depending on the specific order details and quantity.
Q3. What are the shipping options available?
For small orders, we use DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, or EMS (5-7 working days). Large orders can be shipped by air (15 days), sea (1 month), or train (2 months). Clients can also appoint their own agents.
Q4. Can we customize the logo and packaging?
Yes, OEM and ODM services are available. You can send us your logo and packaging files, and we will produce the units according to your requirements.
Q5. Can you ship products directly to Amazon warehouses?
Yes, we have extensive experience in logistics and can arrange for goods to be delivered directly to Amazon fulfillment centers.
