What are the available trade terms and shipment methods?
We offer FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. Shipments can be arranged by sea, air, or express delivery via major ports like Ningbo or Shanghai.
What are the standard payment terms for orders?
Standard terms include a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance against the B/L copy. We also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union.
How long does sampling and mass production take?
Sampling typically takes 7-14 days. For mass production, stock items take 7-10 days, while ODM/OEM orders generally require 45-55 days.
How is product quality and safety guaranteed?
We guarantee all received products are qualified. Materials are professional and certified (EN71/ASTM), with regular batch testing by SGS and internal safety labs. Broken parts can be replaced based on photographic evidence.
Are the materials used eco-friendly and sustainable?
Yes, we prioritize environmental safety. We comply with regulations to maintain a sustainable approach and can provide FSC-certified materials upon request for a nominal additional cost.
How do you protect original designs and legal rights?
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to protect your unique designs and ensure they are not sold to other parties. Exclusive production agreements are also available for large orders.
